A meeting was held with the Troya Environmental Association to develop collaborations and produce joint projects on renewable energy, sustainability, and green transformation.

The meeting, held in the Rectorate Senate Hall, was attended by ÇOMÜ Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Dinçay Köksal, Chairman and Project Coordinator of the Troya Environmental Association Oral Kaya, and representatives from the university's Sustainability Office, Green Transformation Coordination Office, and the University-Public-Industry-Civil Society Collaboration Office.

Rector Erenoğlu emphasized that significant progress has been made at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in the areas of green transformation, sustainability, and renewable energy, with relevant coordination offices becoming active. He stated, “In this context, we value collaborations with universities, public institutions, industry, and civil society organizations. Our university is well-established and holds significant potential in these fields. With the projects we will produce from this potential, we aim to contribute to the brand value of both our university and Çanakkale.”

Oral Kaya, Chairman and Project Coordinator of the Troya Environmental Association, expressed great satisfaction with the developing collaborations with Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University and provided information on the association's work and ongoing projects.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of ideas on potential projects related to renewable energy, sustainability, and green transformation.
